Sometimes, you just know
when you’ve found home.
For Gregg and I, that
feeling happened during our very first visit to Riverwood in 2001. We fell in
love with the community, the lifestyle, and the feeling of being home—and we
didn’t hesitate. We purchased our home and began a chapter that would
eventually lead us to making Southwest Florida our full-time home in 2020.
Real estate has been a
part of my life and career for more than four decades. My journey began as a
Private Mortgage Insurance Account Executive and grew through wholesale and
retail lending before I became a Realtor. Along the way, I had the privilege of
helping people navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
I have worked with buyers and sellers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and now
Florida, giving me a unique perspective on both the financial and emotional
sides of real estate.
Real estate is also very
much a family business for Gregg and I. Gregg is a Certified Appraiser in
Pennsylvania, and together we own and operate a successful residential
appraisal business. Our combined experience has given us an appreciation for
the importance of knowledge, honesty, attention to detail, and truly understanding
of the value of a home.
But for me, real estate
is about much more than buying and selling property. It’s about people. It’s
about listening to what you want, understanding what is important to you, and
helping you make decisions with confidence. Whether you are searching for your
first home, your forever home, a seasonal retreat, or preparing to sell a
property that holds years of memories, I want the experience to feel
exciting—not overwhelming.
When you work with me,
my goal is for you to have fun along the way. I want buyers to enjoy the
journey of finding the perfect home, and I want sellers to feel confident
knowing their property is being professionally and thoughtfully marketed to
achieve a successful sale in a timely manner.
After more than 40 years
in the business, I still love what I do. I bring enthusiasm, experience, and a
genuine passion for helping people make Southwest Florida their home.
When I’m not working,
you’ll usually find me staying active. I enjoy all types of exercise,
especially Pilates and Pickleball. I believe that staying active, enjoying
life, and surrounding yourself with people and places you love are all part of
what makes a house feel like home.
Southwest Florida
captured my heart years ago, and I would love the opportunity to help it
capture yours.
Whether you are buying,
selling, or searching for your own little piece of paradise in sunny Southwest
Florida, I hope you’ll choose me to be your trusted real estate partner. My
promise is simple: to provide you with a professional, personal, and enjoyable
experience—and to make sure you always feel that you are in good hands.
Let’s find your dream
